Is it possible for one person to fall in love with someone he/she just met on the net? Will this work?

No, I do not believe it is. I think you feel a spark of interest for them, but love, no. You probably are happy you have found someone you feel you could enjoy getting to know.

Lust? Yes. Infatuation? Yes. Love? No. There are so many factors, so many little minute things that create love. Not just attraction and getting along while chatting on the net. I mean, it's just the net, you can't even prove without a reason of doubt you're even talking to the person you think you are.

it is possible.talking only with someone without seeing means that we see their inner side .Most of the time when we meet someone or date with someone ,the first thing catches the eyes is their looks ,and it is their outer side..Which do you think is important?
I dont say all the loves on the net are true and would work ,I just say love on the net is possible .But the only thing you must be careful about is to be sure that the person is not fake ..Because people can impersonate easily on the net.

I fell in love with my husband over the phone, but it came with several calls and getting to know each other. Be careful. One may not always be telling the truth on the net. I am very happily married to him now, but we had so many backgrounds in common. Especially the fact that we were raised in the identically same church but a whole state apart.

My ex-husband fell in love with someone on the internet. They've lived together for 3 yrs. She moved from the west coast to the east coast to be with him, leaving her husband of 12 yrs. They have had problems, but it has worked so far. I guess it would depend on the 2 people involved, but it is possible.

I don't really think this is love....it's more like a fantasy crush or lust. You don't really know the person you're talking to on the net. They can say anything about themselves....it's a fantasy world where people pretend to be who they want to be. Don't get your heart involved. Have fun with it.

People can lie on the net, so what u see may not actually be real. U might think it's love, but it could just be infatuation.

NO! It's not possible to fall in love with them, you are falling in love with your own fantasy ABOUT them! There are many people that are lurking on the net so please be very careful and don't let your guard down.
