What do you do during your Family Home Evening?
Mavs family has "Family Game/Movie Night"
The Mav's all get their jammies on, play games, watch movies, eat pizza. The Mav's can have people over, but we all have to be together!

Family Home Evening is one of LDS's public relation's tools to make Mormonism look good and wholesome. What lurks behind this cloak is a false gospel of works-based salvation.

This is a good idea for any family no matter their religion. I grew up RLDS and even spent some time attending the LDS church as a young adult. Family is a big part of the RLDS/LDS life as it should be in any religion and family.
Its a good time to have each child invite a friend to expose the friends to clean, wholesome family fun.
Try bonfires and sing alongs.
Hay rides.
Go sled riding together in the winter.
Camping trips in the summer.

Family Home Evening is different for every family. Usually, it includes all or some of the below:
1. Prayer
2. Reading the scriptures or a spiritual lesson
3. Game or activity
4. Desert

During Family Home Evening (FHE), The parents teach their children of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When the children get older they also join in and give lessons. We are encouraged to invite others to our homes for FHE. After the lesson it's up to the family. I've never really had a FHE, this is what I've learned.
