i am feeling very very down atm, and am unsure how to get myslef back out of the deep hole that i am sinking into, there are black clouds above my head and they are closing in. help

you are doing the right thing. You are looking to others for help. Call a friend or try to remember something happy or something that makes you laugh. You aren't alone and their are lots of people who care about you and love you.

If you have dark clouds forming over your head, don't go standing under a tree. Get indoors, and on your way in grab the phone, call your MD and get a check-up. Make sure you don't have anything physical bringing you down. IE lack of sleep, diet, hormones etc...

If your physically healthy, take an emotional inventory. Job, relationship (or lack thereof), family, friends. Eliminate the negative. Take some time for yourself and do something you have never done before. Go out of your way to do something nice for someone else who could use a hand.

If you still feel down or if you can't bring yourself to even try some of these suggestions, seek out a good councilor or therapist. Depression is a very serious disease and should not be ignored.

Girl, on this stage you have one thing in your Head and that is that you are suffering and you know what look around you how Manny people will give what just to have food or a home or a computer to chat on yahoo. Go out tonight and spoil yourself, your not bad and life is a give an the state of mind is powerful and just you and prayer can change that. Good luck and smile!

perhaps you should consult your doctor for some advice and maybe a wee tonic to perk you up a bit.

Make sure that you are eating properly and getting plenty of exercise in the great outdoors. I think we all feel a bit blue at this time of year but you just need to look after yourself, socialise and if you get really down go see your doc, hope you're feeling better soon!

Its all in your head!
Or go to your doctor...get labs done...may be a physical problem...they cause depression, too! Could be a biochemical imbalance!

How about...just lighten up...being gothic is neat once in a while to walk around in those shoes. The whole world does not surround being gothic though. There are other ways of looking at your life to appreciate it!

Focus on the positives... If you healthy then you should be happy.
If you are depressed because of a particular worry - then talk to someone about it.
The world is a wonderful place - and going outside to enjoy it is free. So I recommend putting on your coat and going out for a walk - find a park and look at the trees. They are exceptoinally colourful - and just right for walking through the dry leaves.

awww sweetheart, it really depends on waht's on your mind. Think positive, go for a nice brisk walk with an MP3 player, try not to think what's bothering you. It could be the weather. I don't know where you are but here in Ontario, Canada it's been cloudy and damp, that can bring down ppl to. It's that time of year. I hope you start to feel better soon.

u can do something entertainnig like listen to music,hang with friends,and if u wanna be popular in skool just get to join any club and always strive your best as a 16 year old girl just be normal and do anything u want dont let anything stop ya!!

If ur living in the UK u might be suffering with S.A.D,,its not nice,try talking to some one,visit ur GP,or if u fancy a chat im me,,i have a very big shoulder,cheer up hunny.
