For those who know what pearly penile papules are, is there a way to get rid of them?

Ive been to many sites and they say its normal and it wont do any harm, but just looking at them makes me want to throw up, so if u have any idea of how to get rid of them please tell me

You can have them removes with a laser if you wish. They are non-symptomatic and generally last throughout your life. There is no known cause other then they occur more often in uncircumcised males. Ther is no known oral or topical treatment available.
