I'm just curious about this since so many racers have jump from racing league to racing league.

its possible, but highly unlikely. simple reason. 2 totally different styles of racing, 2 totally different types of driving, 2 totally different types of cars.
last one to do it successfully......mario andretti in the 1970's. the only man to win the F1 crown and win the daytona 500
