I would use سوسن, /suusan/, the Persian word for lily, as Susan(na) (שושן) is a Hebrew borrowing from Old Persian. The same word, usually pronounced /sawsan/, means the same in Arabic ("lily of the valley" according to Wehr).

To start off Tom, Susan is not an arabic name so it is impossible to translate it. But in arabic, it can be said the way it is said in English however influenced with the Arabic tongue - suzaan (long a). That's the best I can do to explain it. Take care. Hope I've helped.

Wikipedia
Susan is a female given name, a form of Susanna, deriving originally from Middle Egyptian "ssnn" (lotus flower), first reported on a 11.Dyn. sarcophagus approximately 2000 B.C. The Arabic name for Lily is Sausan. There is also a similar Hebrew word for lily. Common nicknames for Susan include Sue, Susukie, Susie-Q and Susie, Suzie, Suz (long "U"), or Sanna.
Connected with this is Susa, an ancient city of Persia. It is said to derive its name from the lilies which abounded in the plain in which it was situated, susan, or shusan being the Persian word for lily.
