no more sodas or sugar. Walk alot. Salads are good for ya.

Most people r thin before marriage,after marriage u get comfortable,and bored and pack on the pounds.Don't go on a diet,change your eating lifestyle.Eat fresh fruits and veggies this will make u lose water weight first,and then find exercizes u like to do.What helps me is I see an outfit I really want at the store,imagine what I look like in it( When I was a size 2,2 years ago) and that helps me keep my weight under control.

When you were single you only had to think about yourself and do for yourself and take care of your basic needs. Women tend to in marriage disregard their own needs and focus on the family. Get back to your basic needs...rest, exercise, nutrition, fun and sun. THEN with time left look after your family. Make your health the priority; afterall if you don't it will take its toll and everyone loses.

Im in the same boat as you. Last night my husband and i decided to start going to the gym together. Or you could go walking together. Its way easier when you have someone to motivate you. Good luck!

you have to exersice and eat healthy fat free an d low on carbs food u can also diet and drink a lot of water while eating and walkin and joggin helps

Exercise daily, cut the portions you eat, eat more fresh vegetabes, don't eat or drink sugary things.
