if a guy loves the chase, does it always mean he will chase something else after he has finshed with you, or does it just mean that he finds the chase is the best part?

how can you tell if the guy loves the chase in the sense that its the best part rather than, he just lives for the chase?

Guys love & live for the chase-thats why so many can't stay faithful. It's in their genes to chase and conquer and then to move on. Sad, but true.

Men (and women) are reknowned for "loving the chase". It's a thrill and gets the old adrenaline going. However, some people, when they have what they want, decide that they don't want it anymore. Only some though and you can't tell which ones....and only time will tell if the guy you're talking about is only around for the thrill of the chase, there's no other way to find out other than to see how things pan out - you'll soon find out.

I think that because guys are naturally hunters, they find the chase a challenge. But if feelings have grown during the chase, then there may be a chance for a relationship. If all they want to do is chase, they are only boys who haven't grown up yet.

only an opinion, but diff perspective. I think when you describe such men in your question they might prefer the variety going with many diff women offers. Much like when ladies do that thing they call 'dating.' (not nice but it's all fair, part of the game, of course.) Hence the chase is so much as keeping a spice whereby most men would dream & love to sleep with many diff women. Why not? It's ego, it's sign of verility & it's natural. Whereby this raises the odds of a man to succeed his genes onward. There is also the factor of variety rather than the chase.

It totally depends on the type of guy he is, which is why the chase is good for u too because it gives u time to learn more about him and his personality. If he has never had a long term relationship then that is not a good sign, but hey u never know he may just be searching for that special "one" and bigger the "capture" the more satisfied he is.

I don't think they even know that answer.. Guys do like a good chase and when they have one if the chase ends up in a good situation it helps make them realize that they don't need to run anymore. The old saying is a way to a mans heart is thru his stomach.. Have you cooked for him lately? Have you talked to him to find out what his feelings are about your relationship that you know what your dealing with. Communication is the key to a good relationship.....

If he is just living for the chase then forget about having any kind of meaning-full relationship.

Depends if he's only in it for the ego trip. I don't think you can tell straightaway if someone is only in it for the chase or not, just have to find out I suppose.

personally i'm not all about the chase, if a girl said she'd start going on dates with me after i've just met her and we started going out with each other after our first date I would be fine with that.
