Sunflower- why would you be so rude to ask me if I'm serious? I just don't understand your thought process there. I'm asking if anyone knows the legalities of getting married in another state. You know no other information. You should not be so rude!

The county clerk of Orange County is who you have to apply to.
Locations: 425 North Orange Avenue, Room 355, Orlando
450 North Lakemont Avenue, Winter Park
1111 North Rock Springs Road, Apopka
475 West Story Road, Ocoee

Here's what they say on their web page:

Both parties must come to the Clerk's office to apply together.
Each party must show a valid driver's license, a valid Florida State identification, a valid passport or valid Military identification.
Both parties must provide their Social Security numbers.
If either party has been previously married, the party must provide the date his or her last marriage ended.
Couples who reside in the State need to provide a certificate of completion of a premarital preparation course. If couples do not provide the certificate, the effective date of their license will be delayed three days.
Couples are required by law to read a handbook supplied by the Clerk and sign a statement acknowledging that they have read the handbook before applying for the license. This can be done the same day as applying for the license.

You need to get a marriage license from the county you reside in. If your state/county license won't let you get married outside that state/county, then you need to find a license that will.

The typical thing to do is to go to the Probate Court in the courthouse of your county of residence.

Almost 100% of the time, BOTH parties have to be there to sign. Sorry. And in most cases, there is a 3-day waiting period between when you apply for the license and when you pick it up.

No, you don't. As long as you are a man and a woman, you get your marriage license in Georgia, marry in Georgia, and your marriage is recognized everywhere.

I don't have an address but you will both have to be present in order to fill out the paper work. They can't just do it with one person there
