Mmm, lets stop and think for a minute...you say he texts you to find out where you are and wants to plan meeting up with you...I'd say he likes you! And it's only "chasing" if you don't reciprocate the feelings he has for you or you're not that keen on meeting up. If you felt the same way you wouldn't see it as chasing, you'd be pleased with the attention.

Yeah but if he only texts you when he is out to check if you are out chances are he wants to meet up for a night of naughtiness under the duvet! If he texts you other times aswell then yes he may really like you!
