This is kinda like the question is web sex chat cheating? If it feels like a betrayal to the person your with and you know that they would feel hurt by it then yes i think it very much is. If they are like well you will never see these people then no but for most people myself included i feel it is because if your in a committed relationship why do you need phone sex or web sex chat? Something must be wrong that should be dealt with instead of finding other outlets for gratification.

Honestly now, you already know the answer to that question otherwise you wouldn't have asked it.. Any kind of relationship where you turn to someone else other than your spouse you can just look at it as cheating. When you have to depend on someone else for comfort than there is something wrong in your relationship. Try talking to you spouse and get things together with them.....

Yes, phone sex is cheating because it is two people working together to have orgasms. It is sexual intimacy, even if they aren't touching each other.

well it may be caeating if u tell the other person that thing that u cant do.
for example if some body say i love u and at the same time he also says i love u to another girl then what u say.
so it may be cheating.
