Perhaps shower first, then shave so the hot water softens the hair. Use shaving cream and new razor blade. Or try Nair, it smells though, but digs down to the roots. Perhaps try Nair at night before you go to bed so by morning the smell is gone, or give it a try on the weekend?
If that doesn't work...why not grow it out and have a nicely trimmed beard? Heck, some guys look better with a beard!
Wish you the best there.

I had the same problem years ago, so I grow a beard now. But when I was shaving, I bought Gillette razors and they were making a double blade with a soft comfort strip and it was swiveled. Now I notice that they have 3 blades with swivel and soft strip. I also used to used edge gel because it gave the closest shave.
You could also get an electric razor to use in the restroom when you get to work.

Go into womens area or shaving area and pick up VEET. Make sure the plastic fake razor is with it. Supposed to give you a extra free day of no shaving.
My legs get up to two days on this stuff, before stubbles show. PS I am a female.

by no ability use an electric razor. they're valueless for close shaves. by no ability shave "against the grain". i thought everybody knew that. Get between the maximum recent 5-bladed razors. I actual have been using one now for roughly 4 months and get great effects....very comfortable.

Don't worry about it. It looks kinda cute on some guys, scruffy look. My b/f has the same problem, has dark hair and has to shave every day.

try wax... (lasts long enough for me,ha,ha).
or maybe an electric shaver would come in handy for you, just bring it with you anywhere and you can shave anytime you think you need to.

It is quite possible that you have mutated. I would consider dressing in a brightly colored spandex unitard, and fighting crime.
At the very least, no one will notice your unwanted facial hair.
