I cant see it being a problem. Baby's and dogs are always sucking on old shoes. As long as you keep your feet out of poisonous areas. I'd think you can!
I won't recommend it! But I'm sure all you might get is a little stomach pain...

You can eat it and it will probably do no harm because its a small quantity. If you had collected a lot it would probably make you sick, because of the bacteria. Even though you can eat it, it won't have any nutritional value.

The stuff looks like Brown Sugar. If it tastes like it too, i'd consume it and in all threat like it too. Technically, is sounds ill, (undesirable variety of ill.) that's what makes it humorous nonetheless. lol
