Im trying to lose weight. I dont know if what im doing is right or not?
I eat oatmeal and strawberries for breakfast, snack on fruit, and eat fish and veggies for lunch and dinner, all in all trying to not go over 1200 calories a day. I also run/walk for 1 1/2 hours and alternate with taebo and yoga other days. Is this a good way to go when trying to lose weight? Its been almost 2 weeks so far and nothing, ive only lost like 1 pound, and see no difference. what am i doing wrong?

You are probably just gaining muscle mass which weighs more than fat. Pay more attention to how your clothes fit than what the scale says. You should also be eating 1200-1500 calories a day. If you are working out that hard than your body needs fat to burn otherwise it will start to break down the muscle. It's only been two weeks - gradual weight lose is better because you'll be more likely to keep it off than if you were to lose a lot right away. You should start to see results in 3-6 weeks. Sounds like you are doing great and keep it up!
