Reiki is a spiritual or energy based healing methodology. It works really well if you have someone that is gifted in this area. I have been working on my ability to heal people over the last few weeks. Its funny at the age of 42 I realize I have this ability that was rarely tapped in the past. But now I realize it is something I always had and can use all the time for all sorts of people. I do need a 'link' as I call it in order to be able to heal. For me, that means I have to know them or see them.
examples; I know my mother that is 2500 miles away, I have been healing her wrists that have had two surgeries for carpal, but only recently has the pain been slipping away
I see people in church that I know are about to go in for surgery. For them I have the image to send the healing energy.
Most healers, if they are not frauds, will have some sort of physical manifestation. For me my hands literally heat up. I also find that I can heal best with i can put my hands a couple of inches from what hurts. I can stop my wife's toothache that she is going to have to deal with for the next week doing this. Naturally with her I have all kinds of links
There are several different flavors of reiki so I give you just the basics and my own experiences

I just like the darkish colour the moment picture appears first-rate. Some individuals you need to be a blond however the moment pics appears well. I went from a blonde to brown and its been first-rate. Good success

is like when somebody believes in chacras and spirits , they usually don't believe in regular medicine. Some thing like that
