I would like to see Hatton earn another quality win before I believe he can compete with Floyd. The Collazo fight lowered Hatton's stock a bit. If he can beat another good 147 lb fighter in the top 5 than I say give him a shot otherwise I haven't seen any thing that makes me think he can compete with Mayweather.

I wouldn't because i think Floyd would make him look silly. He is exactly the kind of fighter that suits Mayweather's style and Floyd would counter punch him all night long. I would like to see Hatton fight Miguel Cotto at jr. welter. I think the Collazo fight showed that Ricky is not ready for the welterweight division just yet. I think a fight between Hatton and Cotto would be a good action fight because of their styles.

I would rather see Floyd fight Hatton or Cotto, then his up coming fight with Oscar. I just feel that Floyd will not take Oscar serious enough and get whit washed. Although, I believe that the fight would be a great one, I just believe that that's to big of a piece of pie for Floyd's stomach. I Have seen the chinks in Floyd's armor with Costiloueo, Zab, and a Little un-known fighter by the name of Emanuel Brewster. Floyd is great and will go to the HOF, however I believe those two fighters I mentioned earlier would be the more exciting match up,

I don't think Hatton has the speed or overall skills to handle Floyd. He's a good fighter, but one who has never seen an opponent like Floyd. The only person out there who can beat Floyd right now, is Floyd. If he stops and thinks he is great and slacks on his training, gets over-confident he can be beat. Any fight he comes into fully focused and ready for, the opponent has no chance. His skills are that good.

Ricky has moved back down to Jr. Welter after his fiasco fight with Collazo. Don't look for him any time soon to fight at Welter. He got a taste of what it was like at 147 and it didn't agree with him. Let's see how he handles Urango in Atlanta first.
Pretty Boy would take him to school. Would totally outbox Ricky. Hatton is too slow.

Mayweather is in a class of his own, and Hatton would probably get slaughtered based off his first fight in the states. A Mayweather v. Mosely fight would be better, but the outcome would be the same.

Yeah i would love to see this fight but unfortunately its unlikely to happen with Hatton fighting at Light Welterweight again and Mayweather moving up to Light middleweight. Ricky was unimpressive at welterweight and didn't carry the extra weight well, he would have more of a chance of winning if they fought at light welterweight as that is his natural weight class.

Hatton looked very unimpressive in his first fight in the US....all he does is fight bums in England, and he refused a fight with Floyd already. I dont see him being able to compete in the us
