i don't think of you've bipolar ailment... i imagine you're 14 and likely have alot on your plate. you would income from chatting with a professional, yet assuming that could not some thing you've been interestested in, attempt to remind your self that you're literally not the really one feeling depressed and that it will bypass. I went through the very same project even as i replaced into your age. now and again I nonetheless experience like crying for no reason, it is really how your body deals with an overload of stimulation: college, family individuals and friends. draw close in there and don't be afraid to inform your moms and dads that you want a damage from some thing. they may be unable to assist in case you do not tell them what is going on with you.

This sounds like depression to me, but i'm not a doctor either. I think you should see your doctor so that he/she can see what's going on with you. If you do have depression he/she can give you something to take for it daily. Having thoughts of suicide is not a good thing, and you need to address that with your doctor so that he/she can give you something to help with this. The only way to start feeling better is to go to the doctor's and make that first step. Take care.

Go to your doctor and tell him what you have written down here. Depression is highly treatable with proper medication. Taking anti-depressants really does work for most people. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel. Good Luck.

this doesnt mean that you definitely are depressed.......i have had many of these symptoms as well and i was just having a tough week...........but you do sound like you are a bit down at the least.....
remember even if you are depressed it doesnt mean you have to pop a bunch of pills.......you can change yourself..........try to relax and focus on the good things in your life......sooner or later things will turn around for you....
try to surround yourself with all the best things in your life.......things that make you feel good......things that make you happy........these things may be few and far between but if you immerse yourself in them you may be able to get through this part of your life....
btw......"things" can be people too.......in fact people who care about you can have a great impact.....they can show you how speical you are, and how much you matter to this world........latch on to the people you care about....to the people who make you feel good inside...

You are not alone. Many people go through depression, and it is curable. Find a good therapist. You'll be feeling better if you do.
