Join a gym. Stay active. Watch what you eat. Even if you don't have the support of your spouse, you'd be doing yourself a favor by doing all that. Not only will you look and feel great, you'll also be healthier. Maybe that will be motivation enough to get your spouse to join you in activities!

Lots of sex. Don't ding me, it's a fact. You burn a lot of calories during a good rowdy sex session. It has the added benefit of keeping your partner in shape too and it keeps the two of you close.
It's a fact that married couples tend to shorten their sexual encounters and the frequency of sex goes down as well. Not the best idea for lots of reasons.
Stay active.

Stop letting stuff get to you, eat more carefully, and exercise and go places in spite of what husband might complain about. He should appreciate you wanting to stay small.
