Israelis are not doing enough. They are not protecting themselves. I don't get it. So they targeted some rocket launching sites that turned to be civilian backyards... Whose fault? If I were to target someone a mile away, I would never do it from my mother's( brother's, grandma's, neighbor's...) backyard, but Gaza Arabs don't think like me, they do it because they gain political points, which are so important to them, even more important then the lives of their loved ones(although, I don't think think someone that capable of hate is capable of love).
Anyway, those coward Israelis happen to kill civilians, and what do these Jew cowards do? They sincerely apologize, and they immediately stop targeting those rocket launchers to avoid further casualties, and by that they put their own people in danger!
Jews will always get attacked for as long as they are being too damn soft on their enemy.

Which came first -- the chicken or the egg?

The Israelis did not start this vendetta -- the Arabs of the Middle East did. Israel is just retaliating for attacks by the "peaceful, gentle cooperative peoples of Palestine".

Grow up, and start reading something other than comic books.

First off it is the PLO who start the attacks and not Israel.
Second it is the PLO, Ha mas, and Hezbollah that want to completely destroy Israel not the other way around.
Lastly when has Israel ever used sucide bombing in civilian shops, schools. or hospitals?
The answer is NEVER but those who want to think that Israel is the bad guys do not like the truth to come out.

As have been mentioned, Israel tends to attack military targets. This isn't to say that innocents don't get hurt, but they are a side effect, not the goal. This is also not to say that children don't die because of Israeli attacks, except that these children are also armed terrorists attacking Israeli troops (it is unfortunately, but if you don't want your children to be fired upon, don't arm them with guns and tell them to fire upon others).

Also, it isn't that "Palestinians strike back," but rather they strike, then Israel strikes back. The only problem is, the Palestinians see it as perfectly acceptable for them to fire on Israel, but if Israel responds in kind then they are breaking the cease fire. As far as the palestinian fighters are concerned, cease fires only apply to Israel; they don't have to follow it themselves.

Besides, who ever said life is fair?

When Israel attacks, it targets combatants.

When Palestine attacks, it targets innocent civilians.

That's the difference. So, it is fair.

And, it's not a case of the Palestinians merely "striking back." They're the ones who've started all this mess.

Can you give me any recent example of an unprovoked Israeli attack on the Palestinian jihadi's who launch rockets at Israeli civilians and towns and then run to hide like the cowards they are among their fellow civilian Palestinian people? You have been listening to too much al-jazeera. Don't you know that will rot your brains?

Depends from where one stands. From a holistic view, yes it is unfair for the Palestinians. Its a cycle. A never ending one, only if there are changes within the American political system. Sixty years of conflict is too much. We are all human, and Jerusalem should be shared with everybody. The people in the upper hand of power just don't realize that. Peace be upon you.
