If you wish to take citizenship (which you can do 5 years after getting your Green Card) you will have to swear an Oath of Allegiance to the USA which includes declaring an attachment to the principles of the Constitution. You must also agree to serve in the US Armed Forces (or do comparable civilian work) if asked.
Whether you take citizenship or not, you will have to register foir the draft (now called the Selective Service) if you are male and under 26 when you immigrate permanently. You cannot get financial aid without registering or getting a letter from Selective Service to say you are not required to be registered.
Basically, if you are to succeed in the USA, you really need to WANT to make a life in US society. It is not easy. I came from the UK five years ago and I am only now adjusting to how things are here. It must be even more difficult for people from other countries.
Finally, remember that the only official site for the DV lottery ends in .gov. All others are commercial operations. It costs nothing to enter the lottery.
