Rice with everytthing in it. Here's how you can make that:
You need
Chicken stock that has had the fat removed (seasoned with black pepper, stock cubes, salt, curry etc). Remove the fat by letting the broth cool/freeze and then peel off the fatty layer on top!
Rice
Diced Tomatoes
Vegetables (peas, sweet corn, carrots, peppers etc)
Shrimp
Minced Meat
To Cook
Boil the some rice in chicken stock (that has had the fat extracted, remember).Don't boil too long.
Stir fry your minced meat in a liitle oil. The tomatoes.Add the rest of the veggies. And the shrimp.
Stir the rice in the veggie stew.
Serve with chicken/seafood stewed in tomato sauce.
Am I a good cook or what!

Beef wellington, get a nice piece of fillet about 2inches in diameter and about 9-10 inches in length(your butcher should help with this) fry to seal it in a frying pan until you have colour all the way round then set to one side, then fry mushrooms and onions if you can get exotic mushrooms then their better into this mix some herbs when cooked (not to many as you don't want to overpower the meat) , get some of that ready made puff pastry roll it out until fairly thin as it will 'puff' out, when pastry is rolled out cover the pastry in mushroom mix, then towards one side of the pastry place your fillet of beef and wrap the pastry around it. put in the oven at about 170 degrees c.if this fails then just buy a 4 pack of beer serve with his fav DVD and takeaway.

After a spicy starter a good healthy dish with aphrodisiac qualities will work.
How about chicken breasts stuffed with feta cheese and wrapped in bacon or ham and steam roast in the oven with a selection of seperately roasted vegatables (cover in extra virgin loive oil and garlic).
Slice the chicken breasts in half, stuff with feta close them up and wrap bacon or parma ham around them. Wrap in foil to prevent burning and encourage a "steam roast" Add in yams, tomatoes and garlic gloves for aphordisiac effect and serve with a good, well chilled pinot grigio white wine. Lastly, enjoy and good luck!

Do you want to keep an oriental theme? How about a lovely stir fry - you can prepare everything in advance and then quickly cook when it's needed.

Just some ideas to hold with the Asian theme. I don't know what your boyfriend's taste is, so you'll have to give that thought...
