First patent your invention.!!!
Second you need an investor.!!!
Third you can try to approach companies that are in the same line of business as the object that you have invented, they might sponsor it, make sure you have a good lawyer to draw up a contract.!!!
Hope your daughter is fine - GOD Bless.!!!

1) Don't tell anyone your invention - or else they might beat you to the punch! You need to patent your idea!
2) Search for invention submission companies online. Please be careful - I've heard of thousands of people getting ripped off by these companies!
3) Make sure the person/company you're dealing with is legit and make sure your written contract contains everything it can to pretect you (I would get a lawyer!).
4) If your idea is really good, I bet you will be able to get a small loan to start off.
Good luck!

Right, just quickly, she is not going to explain what the invention is otherwise you'd all nick it!
There are a couple of things you need to do, the first is patent your idea and then you need to find someone who will invest it in. There are many websites you can have a look at to get yourself set up.
The main thing to do (when it comes to investors) is to shop around without making it too obvious you're doing so because different investors will offer different packages with regards to involvement and percentage they want. Might be an idea for you to look at big names in the health/medical industry.
Try this for a few ideas to start http://www.inventorshelpline.info/emailOffer
Good Luck

1. Put down in writing what your idea is and how it works.
2. Design how you think it should look.
3. Then get it patented. (NOT the design, patent the idea)
4. Then post your idea on here and see if anyone can help.
Someone on here will be able to help, or know someone who is able to help etc.

Do some thorough research on the topic and devise an information paper. Then get in contact with health magazines, many would be pleased to have your story and raise awareness, also paying you for the privalidge, which would contribute towards your funds for your campaign.

First of DO NOT tell anybody about it, if you do you cannot take out a patent which will protect your invention.
Approach the Patent office for advice.
If you tell an investor, goodbye invention, you must protect yourself.
