we've been together for about just under a year now. i love and care for her alot but she keeps to her self alot and doesn't provide much fun. when i try to suggest fun things to do she will often reject them and would rather stay indoors and do nothing. i'm not much of a party animal but don't mind going places for a bit of fun. i'd like her to be herself and go crazy sometimes and wild... but she tries too hard to please by being 'miss goody two shoes'.

Some girls are jus like that. Continue to invite her along, to get her out. If she still refuses, join up with your friends, if she complains tell her its of her own doing.

Suggest going to some events that would appeal to her goody two shoes side:
1. Art Museum
2. Amusement Park
3. Charity Events--those are often really fun!
4. Join and Ethical Society club
5. Go to Church sponsored activities like Trivia or Barbecues
6. Find an activity she likes--bike riding, tennis, golf
As you get her out doing that stuff, you can start throwing in some other things.

I have just the cure for that!
It's simple...surprise her. Blindfold her at the house, take her to a romantic or fun spot, then take the blindfold off. Make sure the 1st one is sentimental enuf that she''ll find it sweet and endearing. she won't mind it.
Next time, kidnap her (Jack Sparrow style) & tell her she's yours for the day, and has to do whatever you say( within the confines of the law...!).
Get creative & She'll be out her shell in no time!

If she doesn't go out, bring your friends over and have a good laugh together.
Then go out afterward.
She might feel more comfortable when going out with a group of people. Just my suggestion.

If thats who she is you can't change that. You might tell her that you have always wanted to... and maybe she will suprise you. drop hints occasionally, suprise her with a trip to a theme park, a vacation or something to get her excited and do something crazy on impulse,

usually ladies don't like when he show his care on her so much.... for the beginning of date maybe yes... but in your case.. you are about a year now... try to avoid that.... .... if i be in your place i will try to arrange some surprise thing/party which she will really surprise.... than from they... start a new day... i hope you understand what i trying to say bro.... :)
