If it was possible to be thin in one week, there would be no fat people. Many people give up on their diet and exercise after a week, but if that was all it took, no one would be fat. And how many fat people do you see in the world?

Regular meals with fresh ingredients. No snacks. Regular exercise, but find something you enjoy. Also, be more active - use the stairs instead of the lift and walk rather than take the car or bus. Maybe not 1 week, but you'll get there.

Weight loss should be gradual otherwise you have a greater risk of putting it all back on. Aim to lose 500g to 1kg a week depending on how active you are, to keep it off. If the weight loss is greater that amount then you are more than likely losing water and protein.
