I couldn't find this on any phobia list searchin Yahoo or Google... so I made this up based on a bit of logic and a general rule about naming phobias...

Krastaphobia (Krast is Greek for Crust, and phobias should be derived from Greek words) or Crustumaciesaphobia if you do use Latin (Crustum = crust, acies - bread) I stuck the "a" in to make it easier to say...

Its not listed on the website below but it is explained how you should "name" a phobia. The above should mean fear of crust or fear of bread crust, I haven't incorporated the word "eat" into it.

The underlying reason for stalled progress in the area of psychology and medicine devoted to crusts on bread, is that millions sadly aren't dying because of it.

Don't know but I suffered from it when I was a kid. Now you can actually buy loaves of bread called crusts away with no crusts on!!! Genius!

If you mean what sort of phobia it is, this isn't particular medical. It is now seen as no longer practical to name every phobia. My guess would be something like Cereadermophobia, but like I say that's only a guess.
