You will need Vitamin B12 I think, Zinc and a special hair and nails tablets. These are available from Holland & Barrett assuming you are in the UK.

My wife hair was falling out alot when she combed it. The doctor told her to take this tablets as she said she went completely bald but now has a full length hair. I've noticed my wife's hair is not falling out so much now.

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know any pills to help, you could try Holland and Barrett. they have many pills to help with hair loss etc.
you may need to change your diet too, ask your doctor, and/or a recommended dietitian

good luck x
