you need to do more skips, i do about 500-600 skips every other day and then i do about 150-200 sit ups every other night... i have not got the time to go to the gym and use a treadmill so skipping is the only cardio workout i can do at home, i also try and go for 30-45 minute work at least 3 times a week... good luck.

200 crunches is over training & 200 skips is very low rate, better 100 crunches & 1000 skips in 30 minutes

no. maybe try 100 skips and 50 crunches as a warm up, but then you might wanna try jumping rope, the tredmill, riding your bike, or something for atleast 25-30 minutes after that.

incomplete. you need to incorporate some solid cardio workouts at least 2-3 x a week, and maybe some strength training, etc etc

sounds like a good workout to me. and good idea, just have breaks between sets.

for what?
some aerobic benefit but doesn't exercise many muscle groups
