A man just returns from serving 20 years in prison where he worked his way up to a 550 pound bench press. He also became a homosexual due to a prolonged period of time away from females. You are sick mate. If you have to do it sneakily then you need help. Also women who are having their period do not like to be touched on the backside. What you are doing is classed as sexual assault. You should keep your hands to yourself. If I found out you had touched my woman, well I won't say what I would do to you. Believe me though you would not like it. Be careful -- all it takes is one offended woman to lodge a sexual-assault complaint against you to the police. And she would have a case.
It's not okay to do that, unless the woman in question is your wife or girlfriend and doesn't mind it. Otherwise, you're actually committing a crime -- one that could land you in jail and/or on a sex-offenders registry list.
