i want to lose n burn as many fat as possible in the quickest way. especially fat store in my flabby jiggly arms... which of them is better? plz i need some advise

pilates... and its not worshipping false gods...

also cardio... more so

there is no such thing as spot reduction hope that helps...

Pilates absolutely. Professional athletes use it all the time and it is definitely the most intense way to lose fat quickly. I am in excellent shape, run five/six miles daily, work with weights and swim and the first time I did pilates I felt like a sixty year old fat guy. ie: it kicked my butt. Unreal stuff. good luck.

I've misplaced five pounds in my first week. It's my tenth day and I have incorporated salad with a few protein (eg. egg/ lean bird) as you prompt. After four years of attempting, the fats is eventually coming off. It real seems like magic! Get began in these days!
