The correct sentence in italian is "Voglio mettere IL mio biscotTino nel tuo latte" or better "Vorrei inzuppare il mio biscotto nel tuo latte".

The traslations is "I want to put my little biscuit in your milk", but in Italy "to put the biscuit in milk" is used to say "to have sex", so the meaning is "I want to have sex with you".

Literally it means "I want to put my little biscuit in your milk".

I hope you're not too naive and can understand why he smiles when you ask him.

In literal English: " I want to mine biscotino in your latte ones " in other words, he is saying either he wants to have sex with you or put his penis between your breasts. good luck.
