difficult to say, but running 1 hour consumes on average 1000 calories while cycling an average of 500 calories. So for fatburning purposes running does the job better because you're using your entire body.

The faster you do an excercise within a timespan the more calories you burn... The idea is to keep a relatively high heart rate for as long as possible...

Probably 500 or more. try to search "calories burned per hour" in google. Some sites you will see contains tables of how many calories you're gonna burn in every activities per hour or per 10 minutes. It's really interesting.

the skipping probably more so than the crunches. the crunches are targeted at your abs, as the skips target your whole body. i would'nt recommend just those two things as a workout, though.

Not sure exactly, but the higher the intensity, the more you will burn.
