Him seeing other girls DOES mean that he doesn't love you. He may like you and see himself with you in the long run, but he is not in love with you right now. That's because him seeing other girls is hurting you and he doesn't mind doing so. The following is a checklist to know if a guy loves you. If his behavior lies outside of that, it is not love:

He has a point. Just because you have a relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend, this doesn't men that you have restrict yourself to an EXCLUSIVE relationship, unless you agreed to it. If you don't shop around, how are you going to find the right person for you?

Simply tell him it's a two way street and if he has no problem with you seeing other guy's then that's grand so tell him you intend on seeing a guy he knows and see how he reacts but either way of his reaction dump his *** anyway.

It really means that you should be using condoms at all times and you should not expect him to be loyal to only you.you can read between the lines I'm sure,It's not what a person says that counts,it's what they do.

Tell him, Yes, that is exactly what it means. If he truely loved you, he wouldn't be interested in seeing other girls. Looks and sounds like a player interested only in booty calls. Be careful.

If you havent agreed both not to see other people .I think you have to respect him for being honest with you . People dontwant some one they see to lie to them but they dont want to hear the truth either

I would dump him! That's no boyfriend, that's a two timer. He can love more than one girl, he can date more than one girl, but don't you want your boyfriend to be yours all the time?

tell him if he can't just be yours you don't need him.I had one like that,and he would tell me I see other girls but I come home to you,I dumped him.I am better being alone instead of getting depressed wondering why he was doing this to me.Find someone that you don't have to share.
