Atkins - don't do it for more than two weeks though - its not good for you!! I lose normally 11 pounds in just over a week - I don't do the hard core atkins - I just cut out bread and sugars - I still have greens and veg though, just not the starchy stuff - NO SUGAR!!! lots of water!! and excersise - thats the best way!!

Why do you need to lose it in ten days? Thats just silly.The quicker you lose it, the easier and quicker it will be for the weight to come back.Losing 2 lb per week is a healthier amount and more likely to stay off

9 lbs is easy. Just do cardio workouts and do yourself a little 'diet'. Eat potassium rich foods so you'll have your tired muscles rejuvinated during the cardio workouts. Just pure cardio. No muscle toning. If you're after the weight, I mean exact weight, and not about the toned figure, mostly overweigth, then have sometime doing cardio.

eat multigrain bread with butter, halve your food intake, drink plenty of fluids as water flav min water is ok, exercise thoughout the day, even if you are working eat ginger and occasionally take celery tablets, they flush out excess fluids , you'll be going to bathroom more often thats why i said occasionally
