I have this company X-mas event early December. I just got my dress, but I need to lose about 5 lbs for it to zip up all the way. I figure I will loose a bit more to be on the safe side... but what I need to know is what types of exercise will work best on my mid-section... HELP please!!!

My first week on weight watchers I lost 8 lb, then 3 lb, second week. I am at 45 lb now. I began by walking 30 min a day and adding 5 fruits/vege's a day, 6 glasses water, 2 dairy. There really isn't anything you can't have while doing it, but I avoid eating breads, sweets, no beef, no alcohol, those things mess with my system. Good luck, and try the weight watchers, it really has a lot of good healthy things to teach you that will stick for a lifetime. It is a plan that I can live with, not depriving myself.

HOODIA:
Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Stay away from whole fat dairy products and sugary drinks, cut down on bread, drink LOTS of water, don't eat fruit less than 4 hours before bedtime, and don't eat ANYTHING less than 3 hours before bedtime. Doing this, I've lost 16 pounds in 8 weeks. Good luck.

Cabbage Soup diet worked great for me: 5 lb in 5 days. I felt great too. Weight came back on within a month but I expected that. Good luck!

Eat nothing but watery fruit, and green vegetables. Drink only water with lemon (the lemon is supposed to clean your system) Also, don't think I'm sick, but get a colonic. I saw a thing on tv about celebrities getting them to lose weight fast.

you will need to eat a lot of fiber, any carbohydrate will make u put on weight... eat a diet of cabbage soup, although u might feel week after a few days of this because u wont be getting any nutrients... eating meat will make your body burn the fat also, but u will not be able to expel the fat from u as soon as u want...
