There was a man, and a mountain range, but they were not in the same place at the same time. This photo was a product of an image editor, probably photoshop. How can I tell? Both the man and the background are in focus. Cameras don't do that without image processing software in some very good digitals, and even then the light sources are slightly inconsistent.
After realizing that it was altered, I also noticed that there was a glacier in the background so a person without their shirt is rather silly.
There is a funny tatoo on the man's arm that may have a significance that eludes me.
The glacier is also definitely melting!

Even though this image was created on a computer, the person is cropped at the waist, and he has no shirt on, which, oridinarily does not detract from an image, but, you have to consider the content. His pose is boring and there's too much space around his head. Some of the elements of your image are fine on their own, but together here, they just don't work. Such as his head/eye position, the fact that he's off center, etc... Posing a person with such a majestic background can be a good thing, it just needs to be done in a different way.

It seems as if the man has been placed there. In other words, it's a picture of a man with a fake background, or, a picture of the Alps with a man digitally put in :)

the first thing i noticed, after i got done wondering why the guy is topless (or nude cannot tell) in the cold high mountains, was that the light source of your background (the sun) is different and in a different location of your foreground guy. he looks to be lit by indoor lighting and from behind (judging by the glare on his shoulders) whereas the sun seems to be high in the sky and in the left out of frame in the background shot. maybe there is a reaons you needed him naked in the cold, i am not faulting that, but it would look much better if all components of the image were lit the same.
by the way, at least his nipples are doing their best to look cold.

The other answers are good, but I would add that the man looks too red (color balance) compared to the background. If you're going to add someone to a background, the color balance needs to match. Also the lighting is not the same on the man and the background.

What's wrong with it?
Its taken with a glacier in the background and the man is not wearing a shirt! Thats what's wrong. Have you ever visited a glacier? Even in summer its cold - like standing in a fridge.

Perhaps nothing is wrong with it depending on what your intent is. I like it. HERE is the thing though... it appears a guy w/no shirt was snapped walking past a large poster. He doesnt look like part of the picture!
