I hate having to look at myself everyday knoing that i can b healthier and look way skinnier then i am right now!! I am 14, 5'0" (i'm pretty short), and i prolly weight 125 pounds....I HATE it...someone pleez help me get down to the weight i'm supposed to be at and juss give me some suggstions...PLEEZ..thanx

Ok, first of all don't panic. You are not overweight or anything, like people said you are maybe only 5lb over your 'ideal' weight. You are only 14 and still growing, the last thing you want to do is start dieting. You just need to reduce snacks and eat more fresh fruit/vegetables and try to have at least three portions of oiliy fish a week like salmon, tuna or mackeral. Get involved with sports and you will soon notice the baby fat dropping off. Please try not to worry and start telling yourself that you are beautiful every day. Take care : )

yr only 14, ( I know u hate hearing that). You probably have not even had yr growth spurt yet. You will get taller and start to thin out, u dont need to loose weight just tone up. Walk where ever u can, get in yr room and dance around while yr cleaning it, just keep moving, drink plenty of water but dont over do it. you have to learn to love yr body the way it is, it's hard I know, I have been there. but at 5 ft 5 I weighed 135 and that was to small. I'm now 150 and toned and I love my body more now then ever.

Stop trying to be a twig and realize that you are really only like 5 pounds over IDEAL weight for your height.

And your only 14, give it a few years, your just getting out of the "babyfat" stage (not to be mean).

You're still growing so it's important to becareful about dieting because it can stunt your growth or even cause long-term development problems (for example, perpetually small bosom).
The safest things to do are to exercise, eat lots of raw foods (raw carrots, celery, etc.), lay off junk food, and drink lots of water (make it almost your only drink).

Don't be too hard on yourself either... you don't have to look like a picture in a magazine to be pretty.

U are only maybe-MAYBE-5 pounds overweight. Lemme tell ya, you'll lose that as long as you aren't pigging out. Besides guys don't like skanky twigs as girlfriends. So just maybe get in some exercise, running or walking perhaps.

Girl, you better drink more milk and eat more... You're still only young and shoudn't be worrying about your weight... You keep maintaining that crazy attitude - you may end up doing irreversible damage to your body. If you get to thin, you can get skinny leg worms - becareful!

eat only healthy food, fibre, plenty of vegies and fruit. No maccas,kfc or other take away food. eat at home more and when you finally reach your final hight, you will probably be the best looking girl in your class.

Miley Cyrus no thats a no no eewwwwww thin sure however to thin nnnooooo i really like miley while she used to be curvey kim kardashian is FINNNNEEEEEEE AND SHE IS CURVEY i really like curvy to not curvy like kim curve
