I am constantely freezing! Whether the temperature in a room is 80 degrees, I'm in the tub with only the hot water on, in a suana, it doesn't matter. I'm down right shivering, freezing cold. I don't understand why. Is there something medical I should be worried about? Is this just something that happens to some people? Any information or direction on this subject would be GREATLY appriciated!!!

Have your thyroid checked. It is more common than people think (due to our diets today), for females especially, to have thyroid problems. This can lead to feeling cold all of the time. Check with your doctor and you may want to see an Alternative Medicine doctor as well. AMA standard tests can show normal function when in fact the thyroid is NOT functioning properly.

it could be possible that you do not undertand your metabolism, you'll find elderly ppl do tend to notice the temp more often, a they do not eat enough for their metabolism to recognise temp.and majority of them hardly move thus having stiff joints, my suggestion is after working out drink plenty of fluids and have what you like to eat but not as mush otherwise it mind over matter

There could be several things that could be wrong. With any of them you may want to go get it checked out.
you could have a fever
you could be animic(low iron)
you could have poor circulation
or you could just be cold natured

It could be anemia or a lack of iron. I would talk to my doctor soon and be sure to tell him or her (lets be politicaly correct here)all of you symptoms even if they seem minor.

Good luck!!!!!!
