Sleep well, when you sleep: eat well, when you eat: relax well, when you relax: have fun, have some good friends, have a lot of self esteem, self respect, keep telling yourself repeatedly you are good, nearly the best in every thing you do, all that with some simple meditation techniques and confidence building measures would do a lot of good to you in quick time! try not to listen music too much cos it makes you drift my brother has the same problem so my father has decided to confine him in his room without nothing so he does his homework now:P
