Tea. Hot or iced. There are many flavors.

Teas, coffees, and Propel water. I know its still water, but at least you have a choice of flavors without the aftertaste and at 10 calories per serving (for a 20-24oz bottle, that is about 30 calories per bottle). Good luck.

Crystal light. it's so good tasting. it doesnt have a bad after taste at all. also, you can drink diet soda, orange juice (not a whole lot maybe a glass a day), green tea, flavored water..

green tea is great and helps the metabolism speed up... I honestly would recommend ICE cold water... the body loves the stuff and if you teach yaself how good it is for you...you will crave it instead of something bad for you :D

120oz a day... and an exercise plan including cardio

Good luck!

If you are gaining weight, most likely its the sugar content in what you are drinking. Try some sugar free kool-aid or low calorie drinks.

jager doesnt leave any nasty sugar free after taste and typically you dont put it over ice or mix it with soda, you can stay away from that nasty water and still get all the fluid intake one needs. i do.

Try to drink fruit squashes, dilute them with water. They taste better than water alone. Also try to drink fruit smoothies and shakes. Try to find soya milk as this is better for you.
