Absolutely. It may not be the most comfortable (stand off distance between the diopter piece and your glasses) and there may be a slight reflection in your glasses; but, it's not out of the question. The newer AN/PVS-7 NVGs have an adjustable diopter lens that allows you to use the NVGs without corrective lens'.
If you had to wear corrective lens' I would recommend using glasses in the field/combat when you have to utilize your NVGs. Just remove your glasses and flip down the NVGs. Since they're already set to correct your vision, just flip them back up and put on your glasses when you're done.
Contact lens would be the most comfortable; however, the down side of contact lens' is the maintenance and up-keep in the field/combat.

You can wear them while you shower or wash your face, just be sure to not to get any soap or anything in your eyes. There shouldn't be any problems at all. And it's not good to sleep in them, it will hurt your eyes in the morning when you wake up, they will be dry and stuck to your eye and taking them off will hurt a little bit. It would be best to put your glasses back on if your studying and you know you will fall asleep. But then again, they do have contacts called "Night and Day" and those are made to wear all the time. They are a bit more expensive than regular ones, and be sure to tell your Dr that those are what you want because a RX doesn't work with every brand, they must be specified. They run about $50 a box i believe. But as long as you clean them and follow the guidelines the optical tells you, you should be fine. Hope this helps. (It is true that you could wear them longer than the 2 weeks that most allow, i wear mine about a month a pair, but like i said make sure you clean them with solution regularly or you could get an eye infection from the gunk that gets caught on your lenses. Also change your solutions everyday, or at the very least every other day. Solution only has a cleaning power that lasts up to 6 to 8 hours that it is in there. I didn't learn that until i worked at the optical, they never told me and i've been wearing contacts for years.)

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/33c02
