see what is your height, that is important aspect for weight
see what is average weight a person needs of ur height
how much ur less than it, and then start effort slowly
slower the result better the processor method
so need not worry , eat fatty foods , cereals ,milk products , exercise, increase weight by increasing muscles not fats.
