First you should try the library. Just go tell the librarian what you are looking for and they will be able to help you out. You can also go get it at a bookstore. I'm sure that someone working there will know wehre to find it.
You can also go to http://www.sf.med.va.gov/Nutrition/vitamin.htm to find exactly what you're looking for.

The Pill Book Guide to Natural Medicines is good
Check your local library or health food store, or search Alibris.com for discouted copies.
