Just keep applying moist heat to the spot, and don't pick at it, and in a day or so it will come to a head more than likely. You can also put you face over a steamy pot of water and give yourself a steam facial. The heat will bring more blood to the area to fight the infection and it will open on it's own or you will see a central area of white pus collect under the skin. At that point, a very hot wash cloth should convince it to open and drain on it's own, or you can very gently prick the top and give it a gentle -emphasis on gentle- press. Then clean your face well with an antibacterial soap and put a dot of acne gel on the spot to dry it up. Then leave it to heal. Unfortunately, that's the only thing that really does work, and it doesn't work as fast as you would like, ever. While you are putting on the heat and waiting for it to open, resist the urge to squeeze it or put any other magic potions on it. If you do squeeze it before it's ready, aside from the intense pain, it can break under the skin and spread the infection around. You will end up with a cellulitis and need antibiotics for that. If you leave it to drain for itself it will heal more quickly and less likely to leave a scar behind.
Tea tree oil is one thing I've found very effective to use on spots, and it works best when they first show up. Once yours breaks, you might try using that on it, and anything else that shows up. Sorry, but this is the only remedy that I know of that really works.

Just leave it alone. You are damaging your skin even more than that pimple by pinching and squeezing and breaking your skin and everything behind it. The body it made to expell forgien objects that get in it like slivers, dirt, oils, and bacteria. That is why the pimple forms in the first place. The ooziness and "core" is from your bodies defenses. You don't want to rupsure that either with your picking and popping and send all the bacteria back in to your body. Your body will "pop" it by itself when its ready. If you absolutely have to mess with, I would recommend using one of the facial suction tools (you can get at any drug or dollar store), an over night acne cream, or rubbing alcohol (which will bring the blood to the surface to help push it out and also dry it out for you). Try not to put makeup on it. If you try to hide it, you are just making it more odvious and look worse, plus you will be clogging the pore up even more, hindering the healing process, and you don't want that. I hope this helps you out. Just remember, everyone gets them, nobody likes them, but it takes time to heal anything.

Sounds to me like a cyst. I started getting these after I was using topical meds a lot. Epsom salt compresses will help the cyst to dry out and discharge or just go away fairly quickly.
Fill your sink(clean sink) with 2 cups of very very warm water. Add 1/4 cup of epsom salt to the water and mix with your hand(clean hand) get a wash cloth (you know it a clean one) and dunk it in the solution. Apply to the affected area for 10 second increments. Apply for 10 seconds, wet with solution again, etc. Repeat this for about 5 minutes. Do this every night for 7 days. It shouldn't take that long to heal, but just in case. It helps considerably. Epsom salt reduces inflammation, which a pimple usually is, and heals it quicker. I love this technique as it works fast and is very effective.

Try to get the strongest lotion you can get. If that fails, maybe a skin doctor can help. I've had that problem before and even if you just wait it out, it will only subside partway, so a skin doctor can be quite helpful.

Sounds like a boil. Squeezing will only make it bigger and redder. Use a hot compress on it for a few days.
