fish, it has omega 3. omega 3 are highly concentrated in the brain &comprise 50 percent total fats in nerve tissue. Fish is a "happy food" & helps in fighting depression.

I'm not sure..but I know chocolate always makes me feel good when I am crabby.
When I am sick..there's nothing like warm soup.
Maybe I'm thinking of "comfort foods"
I'm not sure what type of foods help release "Feel good" chemicals in the brain. Good Question!!

Banana!! (seriously!!) i has a lot of phosporous content..... makes your blood circulated better going to your brain.....and makes your brain work more than you can think of.....its cheap, and just anywhere.....fruit for all season!!!!
