to get tight "body" the only exercise seems logical is a combination of sit up and push ups...try suiting yourself to the number of times you can do..if you can do 50,make it 50...if you can do 100, make it 100..don't cut down on your food...eat like a human..do not OVEREAT...try doing as many session as possible in a day..then you'll have a tight body

Get into brisk walking everyday for at least 15 min to start with, gradually move up to 30 min.
Control rice, fried stuff, Beer, aerated drinks, excessive sugar, tea, coffee, cookies, chocolates, etc & you will see a lot of difference.
Once you loose some weight, start jogging.
This will shape your body. Remember there are no short cuts in life you want to get there.

Yes, get into a routine that you will be able to do regularly, as this is key in getting a "hard" body.
Lifting weights, if possible, will accelerate muscle mass gain and hardness. I suggest going to www.bodybuilding.com or biggerstrongerfaster.com and following their suggested advice.

bro, a 32 D is large. do no longer issue about your boob length, if a guy really likes you he wont care how small or vast your boobs are. and if its only for own selection, your boobs are basically wonderful. You sound like an hourglass structure. and if you're actually not overweight u should be wonderful. I have a pal who's 5'2 and he or she wears a 34 D. She is 100 and fifteen pounds and they are WAAYY too vast for her. wish this helped.

1000 sit ups should take about 10 minutes

very simple .every day take 100 sit and up with 10kg weight, and dait , running per day minimum 1 km ( front and reverse ), at last pray.
