Yes usually, but most of them use the term more loosely than women. Although in my experience, I think I've had three men in my life tell me sincerely that they love me. One was my first love, the second was my husband, and the third was a psychotic stalker.

Most people mean it when they say they love you. It's pretty tough to fake. It also comes with a lot of responsibility and guys certainly don't want that unless they feel sure.
