Her paws do that puppy kneeding thing. Thats why I say nursing not teething.

your puppy is teething and this would give some comfort for her sore mouth.

Sounds like she is teething. My sister had a white sheppard that did that her whole life. She carried a stuffed teddy bear with her. The vet said it was harmless but the way she managed stress. They got her from a shelter so we dont know her history. Perhaps your puppy is under stress from teething .
