Hi red. There isn't a set script that registrar's will follow and the wording will vary slightly from ceremony to ceremony. That said, on the whole things will be pretty similar, although a Wedding at a Register Office often has fewer readings and songs. There is a whole host of info on Civil Ceremonies on Weddingsday.co.uk and the link attached will take you direct to the article entitled 'Civil Weddings' - this outlines how a typical register office ceremony will run and the options for the words that can be used. Hopefully it will provide you with all that you are looking for.

Civil ceremony scripts vary depending on where you are. Ours was Westminster and they gave us a few sheets with different variations on it and we had to choose one. Contact the register office and ask them to send you some.

I don't think u really need that script men, if it's you geting married or a friend of your's and you are to be helping them, i think you need a reality check.sorry am not try to be rude or anything, but i think if it were really important to u you would go to a registry office and find out.
