there's this lady i work with who touches my arm when talking to me. what does this mean? is she flirting with me or trying to communicate something to me? do women conciously know they're doing this or is it just something they do subconciously?

Okay. It seems the lady really likes you to have told you about a dream that was kind of obvious she made up. And if you like her, two of you should get together some time.

It depends on the person. See if she does it with others in the office. If so, she is touchy feely. If not, it could just be you and a sign of wanting a more friendly relationship.

It usually means the like you. Sometimes we do it to get your attention if we are telling you something. And yes it could happen subconsciously

maybe she's trying to make you feel more comfortable around her. She might also be watching to see how you react when she says or does stuff like that; to see if you like her too, & if you feel comfortable sharing the same thoughts or actions with her.
