I am in love with this girl, she is an ex-collegue of mine and just a friend. I proposed her few months ago, she said we are just friends and rt now we should not think about all this. I love her very much, how to propose her. Please help.

Are you nuts? You're only seeing her for a few months and you're thinking of proposing to her? I think it's too rush and way too sudden! Well, you shd not propose to her so fast! How can you be sure that she's definitely the right partner for you or how can she be sure you're the one for her as well? You must think over this clearly. I'm afraid if you propose to her, she may run away! Don't scare her like that. Let time prove your love to her and the both of you. However, if you still insist on proposing to her, pls buy her a bouquet of flowers (the type she likes) and buy a ring (either diamond or platinum one & if only you can afford) and go down to her place, dress smartly (don't overdress), wait for her after work and when she comes back, go up to her, speak with confidence and brace up, kneel with 1 leg down, propose to her with passion! To propose to someone and ask them to spend their life with you can only be done if you are actually in a relationship with her and in love.
She has already said no once, if she was interested in you in a boyfriend kind of way then you would be her boyfriend not her friend.
Forget her in that way she does not want to know

find out what romance movie's she likes and especially the ones that have proposals in them and combine them and come up with a unique but heartwarming way that she can't refuse.
